Saguna CODS™ solution is structured as a multi-layer multi-node proxy. The nodes (CODS-AN™ and
CODS-MR™) are located within the Mobile Core Network and the Mobile RAN. The system that is
totally transparent to all network layers (transport, mobility, service) and to the terminal devices,
performs caching and scheduling decisions based on the type of data and the content flowing through
the network, consequently adding "Content Awareness" to the network.
Saguna CODS™ solution improves the overall performance of the mobile network in the following aspects:
1. Up to 70% reduction of traffic loads during peak hours over the mobile Core and Backhaul network
2. 20% to 30% increase in utilization of the Radio resources
3. Significant improvement of "start of service" time

Saguna's patent pending technology supports all content types, and guarantees a very short ROI
cycle of approximately eight months. The system is scalable and can be deployed starting from a
minimum of two nodes and growing to a several thousand node system that can deliver Tera-bits of
content per second.

availability.

Saguna targets the content delivery over mobile networks market. The yearly expenditure of MNO's
on data services in 2008 was 25 Billion EURO and is expected to grow 7 folds by 2015 (Mason analysis

Lior Fite, Founder & CEO
brings with him 15 years of experience in Marketing business development sales and R&D management. Prior to founding Saguna Networks, Lior was VP Marketing at Surf Communication Solutions, where he was responsible for all Surf's marketing activities as well as product management. Prior to that, Lior held senior marketing and R&D positions with leading companies such as Optibase, Emblaze Semiconductor, Vsoft, Mind CTI and Telrad.
Lior Fite holds a BScEE from the Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Danny Frydman, Founder & SVP Technologies
brings with him 15 years of experience in R&D management in routing technologies and system architecture. Prior to founding Saguna Networks, Danny was VP R&D at Surf Communication Solutions where he was responsible for all SW and HW development as well as QA activities. Prior to that, Danny held senior R&D positions with leading companies such as Charlotte's Web Networks, Qualcomm Ltd., Elscint Ltd. and Elbit Ltd. Danny Frydman holds a BScEE from the Technion, Israel's Institute of
Technology.

Uzi Breier, Chairman of the Board
brings with him over 20 years of Business and Management experience. Currently serves as EVP Worldwide Sales and CMO at Primesense. Prior to joining Primesense, Mr. Breier served as the President of Alvarion Mobility Division (Nasdaq: ALVR), developing and marketing leading WiMAX solutions. Before that he was the CEO of Optibase (Nasdaq: OBAS) operating in the IPTV domain and CEO of Emblaze Semiconductor (BLZ.L) which he sold to Zoran Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Breier held senior business and management positions at National Semiconductor (NYSE: NSM) and Flextronics (Nasdaq: Flex).
Mr. Breier holds B.Sc degrees in Computer-Science and Industrial-Engineering from New York Institute of Technology and MBA from SJSU in California.
