BandWD's BWPRM tm policy manager & dynamic resource control platform optimizes network usage, enabling guaranteed performance for Triple Play services, including video on demand, video conferencing, IPTV, games on demand and other services, initiated by subscribers or by the service provider for the service duration.

BandWD has created a solution that enables to guarantee performance dynamically on existing and new network infrastructures without the need for heavy investments. Service providers are enabled to provide high performance on a dynamic basis initiated by the subscriber or by service provider for the required duration of the specific service according to specific service and user policies that may be created and modified by the service providers.

BandWD provides BwDRC product family, Vendor independent platform for dynamic run time service and resource management enabling fixed and wireless Network Operators to provide the right quality to each user and service - in accordance with the Operator's policy ,user profile & location and network area load.

The market need is compelling. The Heavy Reading projects that the policy management market will quickly become a multi-billion-dollar market opportunity. They estimate that the market size is  approximately $500 million to $600 million today, and is growing at a rate of 20 percent per year". The Policy management market is in a penetration stage, standards are close to be matured and operator's states that they are planning to integrate PM in their networks".

The Company has completed several successful pilots with 1st tier operators in Europe and Israel, it's solution is being evaluated for commercial implementation. Patents on technology pending.

BandWD was founded with Xenia in 2004, matured incubation in 2006 and secured fundings from leading investors from the telecom industry including David Rubner (formerly CEO of ECI Telecom), Mr, Reshef and others.

20 years of experience in technology, marketing & management. Prior to BandWD Goshen was one of the Founders of Wydeband (a Radware & Comverse Joint venture) and served as CTO, VP R&D. Worked for 10 years as Director of R&D and Chief Architect at ECI Telecom. Goshen Holds an MBA and M.Sc in Electric Eng.

David Rubner, Board Member
