Mr. Arthur Rabner, Founder & CTO
Holds a MSc. in Bio-Medical Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and a BSc. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel. Mr. Rabner has 14 years experience in development electronic devices in the high-tech field acquired in the companies Intel, Motorola Semiconductor and Chip Express. Mr. Rabner has 3 years experience of multidisciplinary R&D management in life science area (Chief Engineer in DARPA founded research of "Water Toxicity Detection" during the years 2002 - 2004 in Tel-Aviv University).
